Hurricane Recovery Benefit concert scheduled for April 13

The Parish Family, a multi-award winning Christian Country Gospel trio from Southwest Georgia is planning to present a gospel concert in support of hurricane relief efforts throughout Seminole County. The concert will be held at the Donalsonville Church of God  on Saturday, April 13 beginning at 7 p.m. The Parish Family is retiring as a group and Kesha will begin pursuing a solo career in Christian country/country gospel music.
Kesha commented, “We will  do a ‘Farewell Concert’ to announce the group retirement and ww will be donating $5.00 for every CD sold to the community’s BetterWay Initiative  and its hurricane recovery efforts in Seminole County.  Additional local and out of town artists may also join the Parishs in concert and details on any additions will be announced in the very near future.

The Parish Family Music Ministry has reached millions of souls all over the world as cast members on three different global network television shows: Brush Arbor Jubilee with Bill Traylor and Bob Jones as hosts, Great American Gospel with Ed O’Neal, and American Gospel Onstage with Mike LeFevre. The group has been blessed with five number one songs since 2010 and has accumulated multiple awards in Christian Country Music. The group has also recorded two singles with Grammy-award winning artist, Marty Raybon, lead vocalist of main-stream Country group, Shenandoah).

Kesha is the daughter of Jackie Williams Alday and the late Coleman Brimlow of Donalsonville, and Ronnie and Mark are the sons of the late Rev. B.H. Parish and Mrs. Nettie Ruth of Parish of Bainbridge.
