Hurricane Michael may have wreaked havoc with the physical facilities at Seminole County Elementary School; however, it did not destroy the spirit of its students, especially the ones practicing and preparing for their musical performance of Disney’s Little Mermaid Jr. – Thursday evening, May 2. Michael may have damaged the school’s auditorium, but as they say in show business, the show must go on – and it is. This year’s annual Seminole County Elementary musical extravaganza performance will be held in downtown Donalsonville on Cherry Street.
The cast of third, fourth and fifth grade students, directed by Tony and Joy Buczek with the assistance of Angie Carr, will take you under the seas right in the middle of downtown.
