The Heisman High School Scholarship is awarded to our nation’s most esteemed high school Seniors by recognizing and rewarding outstanding scholar-athletes who understand that the most important victories not only happen on the field, but in their schools and communities. These young leaders set the example and make a game-changing difference every day, paving the way to greatness for everyone around them.
Seminole County Middle/ High School is proud to announce Macy Williams as the recipient of the 2019 Heisman High School Scholarship Award.
Macy is the daughter of Jamie and Micki Williams. She has played softball for four years and was named Region Pitcher of the Year and Region Player of the Year. Macy has been on the golf team for four years and was named Area Low Medalist for three years. In cross country, she won fifth place in State and in track she won fifth place in State in the 1600M and fourth place in State in the 3200M. Macy is also a member of the National Honor Society and Future Farmers of America.
“Seminole County is proud to honor Macy as an outstanding student and athlete, and we look forward to seeing the many accomplishments she will earn in her future,” states Principal Kent Richardson.
