In our time of need in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael, donations came pouring in from all over the country. It is our turn now to be the ones donating. Friendship United Methodist Church in Donalsonville is collecting supplies for hurricane victims in Louisiana. Clean up tools to assist in recovery efforts can be dropped off at the church’s Michael Missions Building located behind the church on Fourth Street. Items requested include new clean up tools, rakes, shovels, wheel barrows, hand tools, gloves and chain saws. Food and clothing items are not being accepted at this time.
