Miss Donalsonville Abigail Grantham was named Miss Congeniality at the Miss National Peanut Pageant held October 8 and 9 in Dothan.
Abigail commented, “This was the highest form of praise, and my sister queens will never know how much this means to me.”
Reigning as Miss Donalsonville since 2019, Abigail made the Seminole County community proud exhibiting grace, beauty, and focused determination. She was also named top ten overall, top five in interview, and top five in verbal communication.
Abigail added “With a fulfilled, grateful heart, I have completed my Peanut journey. I competed in my first pageant at four years old just for fun. I did it to put on a pretty dress to win a pretty crown. 15 years later, I realized that I was meant to have this journey so that I could let Christ’s love shine through me.
I want to thank my family, friends, coaches, directors, sister queens, and everyone who has supported me along my journey to the biggest stage that I have competed on so far.
Donalsonville, I hope I made you proud. You are the community that has helped mold me into the woman that I am becoming. Thank you for always treating me like a queen.
I may be a queen, but I am first and foremost a daughter of The King.”
Congratulations Abigail, for making us so very proud.
