Support the rodeo and see for yourself that teamwork does indeed make the dream work

The Donalsonville-Seminole County Chamber of Commerce is as alive and kicking as the Boots & Roots Rodeo is set to be, this coming weekend. Great things are happening in the chamber and in our community and the April 29th and 30th rodeo is just the latest chapter in that exciting story. The chamber’s annual rodeo and the time and effort it takes to stage it is the perfect example of a community’s chamber of commerce working well and developing new and ongoing projects to enhance and promote the local community’s way of life.

Again this year the chamber’s rodeo project has engaged the entire community, bringing multiple groups, governments, businesses and organizations to the same table for the unified purpose of developing plans of action for all of us to live life well right here in Seminole County.

Show your support for the chamber and the Rodeo this weekend. Come out and see for yourself that team work can indeed make the dream work.

Proclaiming its commitment to Seminole County’s farmers and agri-businesses, this entire community and its bright future, the chamber will again this year proudly donate a percentage of the profits from the rodeo to the Seminole County 4-H and FFA programs, the Seminole County Green Machine Band, local Boy and Girl Scouts and the Friendship House of Jesus.

The chamber’s slogan, We are Open!, clearly relays the message that this place is open for business, but, here in Donalsonville and Seminole County, We are Open means so much more. It means we are also open to new thoughts and new possibilities. We are committed to finding new and exciting ways to aspire greatness,  open up minds, and celebrate the genius in all of us.

This ain’t my first rodeo and I have learned from experience that teamwork does indeed make the dream work. Share your dream. Join the team! Let’s work together and open up a world of new ideas and let the curiosity get the best of us.

Whatever it is, let’s dream it, let’s believe in it and let’s work together to make it happen!

See you at the rodeo!
