October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Donalsonville Hospital is giving you the opportunity to show your support in a very bright pink way. The hospital is offering pink breast cancer yard ribbons to be placed around the front entrance of the hospital. Each ribbon can be personalized in memory of or in honor of a special person in your life.
The cost of each ribbon is $5 and you can get yours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. from Judy Brooks inside the hospital’s front entrance in the admissions office.
Donalsonville Hospital’s Haley Drake commented, “You can write the name you would like on the ribbon and we will happily place them out front in memory or in honor of each person. Come and join the fun and help us create a colorful display of support during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.”
