Sign up begins Nov. 27 for Beth Capuson Christmas Store

It’s that time again to get special deals on your Christmas shopping! Applications to shop at the Beth Capuson Christmas Store at Friendship Methodist Church will begin Monday, November 27 between 9-3 in the church office, 305 South Woolfork Avenue.  Sign up is Monday through Thursday; the office is closed on Friday.

The first 60 families that qualify will be allowed to shop Friday, December 8 at an assigned time.  All applicants applying will need to provide proof of Seminole County residency, proof that the children live in their household and are of fifth grade age or younger.

Shoppers will be allowed to purchase great toys, bikes, pajamas or jackets at a very reduced cost.  Beth’s vision was that no child would go without something special on Christmas morning, and that the family members would be encouraged and blessed with the opportunity to purchase and provide these gifts. 

The store is named in her memory – a former Seminole County Family Connection’s coordinator and Friendship Methodist Church’s Family and Children’s coordinator.
