Get creative, get motivated, and put a bountiful harvest entry in the Harvest Festival Parade
The Donalsonville-Seminole County Chamber of Commerce invites all to participate in the 2024 Harvest Festival parade on Saturday, October 19. Local businesses, church groups, dance groups, school groups, beauty queens, elected officials, residents, and neighboring community members are encouraged to participate and put a festive entry in the parade. The theme for the parade is “A Bountiful Harvest”, so decorate a float, a vehicle, or a person with anything harvest
related!
This year the parade will begin at 11 a.m., and lineup begins at 9:30 a.m. in front of Seminole County Elementary School on Highway 91 South in Donalsonville.
Parade entries will be judged and the most festive and creative entries will be awarded ribbons.
If you wish to have your entry judged, you must be in place by 10 a.m. There is no entry fee for the parade; however, a parade application and liability form must be submitted to the chamber.
For more information, or to request a parade application, stop by the Chamber at 122 E. 2nd Street, call 229-524-2588, or email [email protected].
