Chamber of Commerce banquet set for Jan. 25

The 2024 Donalsonville-Seminole County Chamber of Commerce annual Chamber Banquet has been set for Thursday, January 25th, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. This year’s gala event will be hosted at the Osceola Event Company and held inside the historic Osceola Hotel located at 103 East Second Street in downtown Donalsonville. The dress code for the evening will be dressy cocktail attire.

The evening will feature the presentation of awards, musical entertainment, a local merchant basket giveaway,  and a meal catered by Gay’s Seafood.

The featured speaker for the event will be Mary Beth Brownlee, former director of One Sumter and the current director of One Valdosta-Lowndes, an organization created to serve as a catalyst for growth and change by bringing business and industry, the faith community, and the nonprofit sector to the table with its public sector partners to facilitate positive development and economic opportunity.

The entire community, from business, industry and governmental leaders to private citizens and local interested parties, is invited to come out for a night of networking, reflection on the accomplishments made during the year and announcements of new programs and initiatives for the new year.

Tickets are $35 each and tables of eight may be reserved. Purchase your tickets or reserve a table by calling the Chamber at (229) 524 – 2588 or emailing kadie.chamberofcommerce@gmail.com.

*We will also be putting together another local merchant gift basket to give away, so stay tuned for more info on ticket information for that!
