PSC Runoff Election set for July 15

Early voting begins Monday, July 7

A Democratic Party Runoff Election for Public Service Commissioner, State District 3, is set for Tuesday, July 15.

Early voting for the Runoff Election will be held from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday, July 7 through Friday, July 11 at the Beall Center, located at 222 Cherry Street. 

On Election Day, Tuesday, July 15, only one polling place shall be open – the 100 South Wiley Avenue location of the Lions Hall  in downtown Donalsonville. No other polling places will be open on Election Day for the Run-off.

The runoff candidates are Peter Hubbard and Keisha Sean Waites.

Seminole County Elections Superintendent Ron Foskey added, “The June 17 election ran very smoothly, thanks to the preparation, dedication, vigilance, and professionalism of the poll workers, Mike Rogerson (Elections Clerk) and the Elections Board.  In my opinion, they truly shine as the best elections team in the state.”

The June 17 election was the first election held under the guidance of newly appointed Elections Superintendent Foskey and Elections Clerk Rogerson.
