School Supply Scramble set for July 29

Seminole County Family Connection is prepping for back-to-school and packing backpacks with hygiene products to be distributed during the School Supply Scramble which takes place during Seminole County Elementary School’s Open House event on Tuesday, July 29.
This year’s event will be Family Connection’s sixth annual School Supply Scramble.
On July 29th Seminole County Elementary School students will meet their teachers, and then head down to the gym to meet with partners and receive a free backpack filled with hygiene products inside.
The youth group from First Presbyterian Church of Donalsonville will be packing and filling the backpacks to be passed out at the event.
Partners will be set up to share resources with families that attend the event. Partners registered to participate so far are First Port City Bank, Mediacom, Donalsonville Fire Department, Georgia Pines, Seminole County Head Start, Five Star Credit Union, and Seminole County Family Connection.
