Seminole’s Got Talent takes the stage April 16

Seminole County Family Connection will hold its eighth annual Seminole’s Got Talent on Thursday, April 16th at the Seminole County School’s All Purpose Room. Doors for the event open at 5:30 p.m. and the show starts at 6 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for students, and children not enrolled in school will be admitted free.
School aged students are highly encouraged to compete. Auditions for high school students will be held in Room 505 on April 6th from 10:30 a.m. until 12 noon, and for middle school students from 12:30 until 2 p.m. After school hours auditions will be held for middle and high school students from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Seminole County Senior Center. Auditions for elementary school students will be held on April 9th.

Family Connection Coordinator Billie McLendon commented, “Our annual talent show provides a platform for students to showcase their diverse talents, whether it be singing, dancing, acting, or showcasing other artistic abilities.”
Beyond the spotlight, this event cultivates confidence, self-expression, and collaboration among participants, empowering them to embrace their unique strengths and identities.
