Twenty-six to compete Thursday night in Seminole’s Got Talent

The eighth annual Seminole’s Got Talent is set for this evening, April 16th at 6 p.m.. For the first time ever, there are enough acts for elementary, middle, and high school students to all be in separate categories. 

There are 20 acts in the show this year, with 26 participants. Students will be showcasing a range of talents, including karate, baton, piano, poetry, and singing. This will surely make the night both entertaining and inspiring. The performances will highlight creativity, confidence, and dedication, featuring a variety of talents. 

Seminole County Family Connection coordinator Billie McLendon commented, “Our annual talent show provides a platform for students to showcase their diverse talents, whether it be singing, dancing, acting, or showcasing other artistic abilities.” 

Each act brings something unique to the stage, creating an entertaining evening for the audience. This year’s participants include Noah Strickland, Everleigh James, Maylee McLendon, Myla Davis, Lakyn Lozano, Kate Shingler, Aza’Ria Bryant, Kailey Groomes, Ulyissa Carter, Izaria Scott, Jaykayla Jones, Camille Fisher, Brian Collier Jr., Kinzey Newberry, Lilith Hodge, Kolten Nelson, JaKahia Lewis, Amiracle Williams, Kierra, DJ Dixon, Marlie Hawkins, Kourtney Kimble, Jamora Henry, Milan Richardson, Layla Conley, Taylor Guimares, and Kayden Peters

Tickets are $10 at the door, and concessions will be sold. The event is located at the All Purpose Room of Seminole County Schools which is the old Middle/High Cafeteria. Doors open at 5:30 with the event starting at 6 p.m.. Come enjoy a night with our local stars at Seminole’s Got Talent.
